Local Play Resources

One of my favourite places to visit is the Darwin Toy Library. The staff are passionate, knowledgeable and extremely helpful when it comes to understanding all there is to know about toys.

There is something for everyone ranging from large outdoor role play toys (eg. Little Tikes BBQ or Kitchen) to puzzles and more specific needs based toys such as sensory toys eg. Rocking boards, balance chairs, weighted toys etc.

Teachers can hire toys too and there are some fantastic modern teaching aides.
Go and see the team at the Darwin Toy Library. Further information can be found at https://www.darwintoylibrary.com.au/

Please note, I do not receive any endorsements for recommending the above local resources, they are simply tried and tested places of value for myself as a mum and in the workplace.
